Dubai Safari Park Reopens Post COVID-19

Following a 2-year closure, the Dubai Safari Park has officially reopened to the public from 5th October 2020. Let’s take a look at all the safety measures put in place to make sure that visitors have a safe and comfortable experience.

  • All visitors are required to maintain a minimum of 2-meters from each other at all times
  • All visitors have to go through thermal screening and temperature checks upon entering the venue
  • Hand sanitizers will be provided to all visitors upon arrival
  • All activities, including bus tours, will be conducted in adherence to COVID-19 safety measures.

Visitors can choose from a number of ticket options such as admission tickets and all-access Dubai Safari Park tickets. These admission tickets will ensure that visitors gain direct entry into the park with these tickets. All you have to do is show the ticket on your mobile at the e-ticket counter. Once inside, there are four zones to choose from, with a wide range of animals.

You will also get to take part in interactive experiences like bird shows and giraffe feeding.

Additionally, you will embark on a 45-minute safari drive-through of the park in the Safari Bus where you will have the opportunity to spot animals from Asia and Africa.

A Dubai Safari Park marshal will give you an overview of the delicate ecosystem that exists here. Don’t forget to check out the Petting Zoo which is a visitor’s favorite, especially if you are traveling with children. The Arabian Desert Safari also conducts a number of educational activities for children.

Explorer Village

One of the main highlights of Dubai Safari Park, the Explorer Village offers a thrilling experience to its visitors. Step into this zone and find yourself transported to the jungles of Asia and the rainforests of Africa. Don’t forget to check out the crocodile, hippo and tiger exhibits. Another equally interesting attraction at the Safari Park is the Elephant’s Region which is home to a large herd of elephants. You can play with these friendly creatures here.

African Village

Flanked by baobab trees and traditional mud structures, the African Village gives you an authentic experience of the African countryside. The African Village is also home to UAE’s largest aviary exhibit.

Asian Village
